A complete solution that combines Direct Part Marking with the advantages of the Data Matrix™ code.

The complete Technifor's Mark'n Read™ product guarantees full product traceability throughout the manufacturing process.  2-D DATA MATRIX™ BENEFITS

The Data Matrix™ code is a unique 2-D Machine-Readable symbol capable of storing a large amount of information within almost any physical size. Its built-in error correction makes it perfectly adapted for harsh industrial environments.
 
EASY TO READ:

- No orientation restriction -> Read at 360°
- Low contrast readability -> Only 20% contrast is required


HIGH-DENSITY DATA STORAGE:

- Write (2x) the data double in 1/10 the space of linear bar codes perfect for small components
- Encodes up to 2 335 alphanumeric or 3 116 numeric characters
- Scaleable from 1/16" square to 24" square in size (rectangular or square in shape)


ACCURACY:

- Human error is eliminated as the code is machine readable

ROBUST:

- Built-in error correction. ECC 200 allows decoding even when the code is damaged -> reliable traceability for products in the harshest environments and on the most challenging surfaces .
